How soon after the shoot will my photos be availble online?
For a charity event, school prom or university ball, photos will usually be available within 48 hours. Wedding photographs require much more post production so it could be a couple of weeks before they are availble online.
How soon can I expect delivery of my prints?
Most orders are dispatched 7 - 14 after receiving your order, but please allow 21 days before contacting us. All shipments will need to be signed for. You will be notified of your tracking number by email on the day of dispatch.
Can you send my order to my work address?
For security reasons we will only send orders to the address your payment card is registered at.
Do you offer refunds?
Because flatbed scanners are so widely available, and not everyone respects our copyright, we are unable to offer refunds. All photographs are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they are perfect. Should your picture get damaged in the post, please save all packaging and contact us for instructions to obtain a replacement.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the photos?
Yes. All photographs are copyright Cosmic Photography and can not be used for any purpose without our written permission. Any known violation of the Copyright and Design Act 1998 will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. |
